dev c++ is here, and was developed by: https://bloodshed.net/ but it is too old.... maybe you wanna try Code::Blocks, it is widely used, and runs on Linux as well.... or try CodeLite; or give a try to install https://www.embarcadero.com/free-tools/dev-cpp on windows (if you have it)

before I forget: eclipse, netbeans these are also free and opensource IDEs. and you can find editors, like VSCodium, Zed, fleet, geany, and so on....

The UI is not fine in dev c++. It better to use visual studio or visual studio code and cmake
