How to get account back?

I have contacted support, and they were no help. I have pro account buti had to change emails on ipad due to compromised. Now i cant use my account. Please help

So have you also forgotten/lost your password?
It shouldn't be a problem to change the e-mail address in your profile.

I think it's important for the support team that you give them your old e-mail address, the account you want to have again and maybe you can also prove that you paid for the account.

How would SoloLearn know that you are not a hacker? Think about it:

I don't have access to my email and I don't know the password --- that's just fishy sounding. Even if your iPad was stolen or whatever, that would not force you to change your email address. You would just change your password on the email account. Sorry but everything about this sounds suspicious. I would not expect them to help you.

If you changed your email address, the old email address still exists. You would either know that email password or you would know your SoloLearn password. But you can see how suspicious it looks. They are likely not going to help you on this.
