Not getting Badge issue

I have been facing an issue for the last two months, i am in the top 1 position in the sturn league and also yesterday i am in top position (1)
But I didn't receive any Intergalactic Champion badge....

Why Sololearn????

I got first place in Saturn league two or three times in a row and never got the badge. I wrote to [e-mail] and they gave me the badge.

maybe the reward system is broken. I also got 1st place in the past and never got the badge . I didn't want to bother the admins, but it got me thinking whether collecting badges is really worth it.
I ended up unsubscribing from the leaderboard. It was becoming a distraction from my main goal which is learning.
