if i learn php (OOP,Framework) , other languages will be easy for me to learn?

people says if you learn a language fully, other ones will be easy to learn. but php is a server side language, but also it's easy to learn if I already know C. I kinda know php and learning advanced now. if I cover php other languages (python,java, C# etc) will be easy for me to learn?

if you will learn PHP, also HTML , Javascript, CSS and jQuery, and SQL. All this is used as a stack

No, Start from C++,then you should have a basic idea of other Programming Languages,
If you start from php, it is nowhere related with Java or python, Php will not help at learning Java or Python

Yes, it will be helpful.
In fact, PHP not only server-side language, you can use PHPQt or similar lib's to create a sterling local GUI program. A little ugly, but Gui :)
But, however, you should learn C++. It will big PlusPlus for you.
