Ever heard of level 3 programming ? That's probably about creating your own language.
I am also now interested for knowing about how do they actually do it? Please share the information you possess about this topic.

Actually, create a new language = build your own compiler.

So learn how compilers work (expression process, interpretation in assembly language, optimizations, ...).

Keep in mind, a compiler is a fucking big program:

The first thing to do is to build your own compiler.
i would recommend to study gnu/GCC architecture
