Why don't you try HTML first.
it is easier.
if you want to learn C++ and Python, i suggest you finished one language first. practice it, then continue to next language.

There is no real fast way I know of.

For most programming languages understanding how computers work helps alot especially memory.

Even when using a Markup language it really helps to understand how it will be interpreted by the computer.

My advice if you want to get good. Don't rush.

Everytime I do it ends in regret.
