Stalker 😎

Question

Guys, I don't know if you had something like this, but I noticed I have a stalker :)

This person downvotes everything I write, whether it's my code, comment or answer to someone else's question. And since downvoters are anonymous, I can't see who this is. And it's done systematically, one downvote after another.

I noticed it a while ago when I wanted to check who liked my answer and the numbers did not add up.

Anyone had a similar situation?

Probably one person with access to multiple accounts.

Goodness me. Maybe mods can help, if they do have access to such.

Sorry about the experience. Could be really painful.

unfortunately, there is no way to know(or track) downvoter

I do get downvotes, never paid attention if something systematic is happening though, but given the number of downvotes on this post and the replies you might have more than one....

Why are downvoters anonymous? What are they afraid of? Why can't SoloLearn make them visible?

After all SoloLearn is a place to learn and discuss, not a place for stalking or other such 'covert' operations.

Thank you guys, the stalker is now a goner - succumbed to the wave of likes!
Anyhow, this should be looked upon by Sololearn - maybe the solution is to eliminate downvoting. There is a reason why Facebook never implemented that...

This sucks. A few random downvotes is acceptable, but what you described is psycho. This person must really hate you to spend so much time doing something so stupid.

I was just about to suggest that perhaps the downvoters should also be visible along with the names of those who upvote when I came across this discussion going on.

yes, I've been having similar experiences. once is fine, 2 is fidgety, and more is unbearable.
