Why there are only 6 levels of headings ??
What should we do if we need more ?

If you need more than 6 levels of heading, you probably need to better organize your content ^^

If you need more than 6 levels of heading but adding levels in differents contexts and not more than 6 in a single context, you have to reuse h1 to h6 ( embeded in differents containers, maybe stylized differently depending on context )...
