Wich programming lenguage is better to start with?

Im new at this, i would likw to start learning about programming, wich is the best one to start with?

For beginning web developers: HTML

Lua is fast, easy, flexible, and is good for games.
HTML is very easy and is easy to pick up and comprehend (HTML is practically English).
