Why are my php tags converted to html comments?

Don't really know the problem but here are some few questions/tips that might help..

*What IDE are you using and what language is it set to.. you should probably consider changing it to php..

*Does the php code run on the page when loaded.. if yes then the whole conversion to html comments doesn't matter..

*It's possible that a comment tag has been opened some where in the html code and has not been properly closed.. you could find '<!--' in your document and close with this "-->" or just delete it if irrelevant..

*lastly.. what is the extension of your file.. just make sure your file has a ".php" extension..

thank you for your help.
I use IDE dreamwever .but I can`t use ctrl+z .for this uninstall dreamwever.and install note++.
but when reinstall dreamwever and restart my computer solve this problem.
