which programming language is easy to learn & which one is tough & rough?

Nothing is tough or easy, it depends on you, but from my perspective I'd say C++ is hard and Ruby/Python is easy

Assembly is hardest to do something that actually make sense. Easiest... hard to name, maybe Scratch, lol.
