How do I do a challenge?

Complete newbie question - I've looked all through the SoloLearn website and can't figure out how to trigger a challenge. Please clue me in on what my eyes are missing!

I was trying one day to do a challenge using the sololearn site but was not able.
I think the only way is through the app.
