where can someone find codes to steal and copy....for practice and use..stealing is good sometimes

I think github is a good place to start...
Or sololearn code playground.

But try looking at github on big projects. They usually have very good structure, clean code... It might be useful to learn something from them

in github am finding it hard to view other peoples project

You can find codes freely on github without stealing.
Stealing is bad, don't steal.
