unity has everything even advertisment then multi player support. and they provide video tutorials on their website.

you can get free example on unit website.

c# because of unity game engine which provides you to build same game for different platforms.
ios , Android , Windows .....

you can use js or boo script instead of c# in unity but they are hard to understand.
