Can I use multiple languages (html css and java) at once to create a website.

And how do I put a website on the world wide web? I understand how to have it on my files in my computer, but I dont know how to put it for the world to acess

the languages used are html, css and javascrip (is not the same thing that java) to put it on the world wide web you must upload your file to a hosting server and own a domain name there are many free hosting that gives you a free domain to just google it. excuse me for some bad english
