is html merged wit html5? i hope no html6!!!

most tags are still supported in html5, some are deprecated. just like in any new version of any other language.
I don't know about html6, but I'm sure it'll come eventually.

It's within the browsers. If your browser supports it then it will detect it and most browsers do.
