how can i get my webpage to the Internet?

after designing and developing a page.. how can I get it to the Internet for other people to search for it?

You need hosting for that. Means the files that you designed are on your local system which is only accessible by you. For showing these files you have to buy some space on internet i.e. called hosting. And for running the designed site you need the domain name of your name. i.e. like google.com.
After puchasing these things you call the support team of hosting provider they will help you in setting up the website..

search it on youtube there are tutorials..you can use hostinger for free hosting and you can learn..just google it there are lots of tutorials about it
