first go and learn java and practice java perfectly
and then download android studio in PC and start making apps

HTML is for web developers
and for the one who are new to programming and don't know anything about programming

if not then go HTML first
because it will be good if u go from simple to complex
In HTML u will get some ideas about tags and other languages
