Best way to learn without internet?

hello! I'm reading a book to learn how to program in C# but sometimes I need to connect to the internet to do some stuff and right now I can't connect that often :/ what can I do?

and if anyone know where can I download some dictionary for C# that tell me how everything works? :D

It depends on the content of the resources. Both ways will help equally exceptionally well. You can do from tutorials point or some paid tutorials. it'll definitely help.

that I don't always have internet! I can go without internet for 3 days straight :/ and I don't want to skip all that part just because I didn't have any internet :/ for example:

one question was to put the first sequence of 2,-3,4,... and well I didn't know how to do it! until I search in the app and thankfully this app told me how to! (I used a while)
