You cannot: yon only can serve website entirely using Python alone, but web content is necessarly coded in html/css for statics or low-dynamicals websites, and adding JS for much advanced dynamics or web app'...

I know there are some good Python framework for web development like Django.
In it you can build a website from the ground up. But you will also need HTML, CSS
and maybe Javascript along the way.
