Question

I'm trying to get back into coding, but without a proper computer it's difficult to do. Anyways, in light of my trying to relearn everything, I've decided to get back to a couple of my old "AI Assistant" projects, but haven't been able to replicate the coding I used, meaning I need to start from scratch. Now, I'm not going for the basic AI. I'm going for something that could pass the Turing Test, but not be too terribly advanced that we end up with an Ultron or Mechanist situation. Any assistance is helpful

Try looking into Artificial neural networks, you need that.
