Well, I would say misleading questions would be good for more advanced coders, but I guess they want to avoid them. Basically: write a question in which one answer seems so obvious, but it's actually not the right one

Misleading --> some dirty question which is, well, misleading the people doing it
Out of scope --> isn't explained in the lessons
Too many similar questions --> there are enough questions which look like yours already
Declined due to community downvotes --> when you get a certain amount/percentage of downvotes it is declined, without further investigation on the reason
