You have to learn about hexa-decimal color codes to get it right. There's also an another way called checking the correct answers after the challenge is complete ;)

yeah we anyway surf the net to get good color codes

Thats true.All you have to do just google the color code during the challenge using a secondary device.Also there exist tool like "color picker" to pick colors when the time of designing. You can get rgb,hexa values from it.

Actually this is not a good question. we web developers doesn't need to know hex color code names. for basic color we can use color name directly.
we don't get to tweak hex color for perfection.
I think challenge about guessing color name from hex code should not be approved
