Which language is used to make games ?? Can I do it with c or c++.?

I want to build games but I don't know where to start

C++ is the most widely used in the industry, especially for AAA games. But you can pretty much make a game in most languages depending on the type of game.

I suggest starting out by making a simple 2D game with SDL in c or c++. SDL is written in C it can be used in either langauge.

Games like Call of Duty, GTA, battlefield are AAA games. Basically any game made by huge studios with big budgets.
