How can I understand programming easily? And also the codes. I want to self study to learn more. Beginner here.

Be patient and Calm, take notes while learning if possible, so you can get the important points you need.
Also remember to start a project in your desired language, use the little skills you're learning and watch your code take shape. there nothing as good as practicing while learning.
