Lol.
c# is not part of the ingredients tho
U need html to lay the fundation of your website. Such as titles, header, footer etc.
CSS will help u add styles to it, to make the page look attractive to the client.
JavaScript is needed, if u want the user to interact with your page, not just viewing it as static.
like pop ups, when the client clicks a button, ability to print the page in PDF.
And a whole lot
