Also, Java and C++ basics are almost the same, so if you do you Java, C++ basics are not that difficult.😊

ty I will defiantly take that into consideration and I will look at all 3 and try them a little to see which feels more comfortable at first. ty so much for your help I have had conversations with so many support techs and you by far were more interested than all of them together. ty so much for your input. look forward to conversing with you in the future.

Do you know where the problem lies? Are you sure that it's a software problem?

I deleted the partitions by mistake and every time I have downloaded windows to it I have had different problems. most recent is it will no longer start up all the way. I downloaded windows 7 the last time because it was the system that the laptop was started with and out of no where it started a loop saying that the file explorer ran into a problem and was closing itself then it would close and the message would reappear and somehow the explorer would pop up when I hit OK and then close itself. when I managed to finally restart laptop it now says it needs repaired but when I go to safe setting and reboot no bootable system. go back and startup without safety on and it pops up windows loading files and system needs repaired then repairs was unable to fix send report to Microsoft. you tell me like I said I'm a rookie on this.

Did you clear the Disk?

Because when Windows itself has a problem, it's a good idea to clear the harddrive before you install windows again, without any settings of the old version.

i unintentionally deleted all 6 partitions initially and have tried 8.1 which is what it came with out of box from store and it eventually started having boot issues as well. tried windows 10 which was what it had upgraded to when I accidently deleted partitions, and windows pro which is what the computer had said it had boot info stored In it as a recovery option and tried 7 home edition which a friend had givin me but didn't give me activation code. none of these would detect the embedded COA\Activation Key in the laptop and eventually with all of them I have had same problem. originally the fist time (when I deleted partio s by accident) it said drive error on system start up and when I tryed the system recovery and system fix at start up it then said not able to fix send report. I was trying to find and start HDD Recovery partition when Accidental deleted portion.

oh yea heres the kicker when I first got the laptop I had no clue I needed to make a recovery boot disk as it wasn't in the instructions that came with it from Toshiba so I never made one.

Mmh, I don't know how to solve this. Windows keys are available for 20€, you could download a windows iso and put it on a stick and boot with it. Search the internet for instructions to create a stick which is able to boot a windows system.

yes I can also buy the original boot disks for the whole computer including drivers, eom, os, exc... for it through Toshiba but out of principal I won't just yet. they should A) include those with every PC in box for the price that we paid for ours or B) Include in their set up instructions or setting up system instructions they put in the box that you need to make a boot disk. Its just another way for them to make money off the not so computer inclined.

So I figured mabey learning programing code was where I should start off. not wanting to aid any other company's bank accounts on my ignorance again and through all of this I have become more curious than I would like to admit about computers and how there put together. I have also been brainstorming with a friend about a gaming website or app or program undecided yet there that we would love to make a reality. so back to my original question where should I start? I have done a little in python during our talk and plan to do them all but as far the easiest to learn or concepts that you need to know before others where do recommend to start in here course wise?

I don't know if it works to try to write a program, if the laptop does not work at all, there cannot be a program executed. Sorry, but I'm at the end.

If you want to learn programming anyway, I can say that starting off with python is a good idea, but I think you don't have to do the whole course, it's very long. After doing this, I tried Java and I love it.

last night I went advanced options after it tried to repair system again and went into recovery image option then advanced then download drivers/system information searched every file in the laptop and downloaded every thing I saw that said type: Setup Information. There were A LOT I couldn't keep count even never got them all tho before my laptop died on me. but I went into boot afterward and changed the boot satellite to compatibility and restarted. Wa-La system started up just fine. BUT.... now my windows update says it itself needs updated and then I get error 800B0001 I did a registry fix I got from windows support post I found and still doing it. will have to contact support myself probably. But I Do Have Everything Els I Use :) ty so much talking to you about it made me curious about it all over again and made me work on it. now I just have to finish fixing a few minor things on my Toshiba then I start on my ASUS Laptop. hubby there's it and now it beeps at me when I try to start it.
