Quiz Time

Question

Create a program saying "hi" in code playground which runs only one time in a day.
i.e:

the first run can produce a output hi

and the next forecomming runs must show
"u have used your quota"

and this 👆 should be the output till the end of the day.

wait that's impossible task @U L Know Me soon
at least not possible with HTML CSS and JavaScript because each time the code is run the program would be executed again so I think an external database ( or whatever it is)would be needed to accomplish this task

but one of my friend said in java it could be done
using some server stuff called json like that😅
but i m not sure with it
