you need to set a directory permission that allows you to see the folder you are trying to access. it's a permission issue.
something like :

<Directory /path to Siddharth folder>
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Includes ExecCGI AllowOverride All
Require all granted
Allow from all
</Directory>
