Why are people getting downvoted?

Lately many ppl including me are getting down voted (even after posting relevant info)
Is somebody spamming down votes?

it does. they do strange things. I will never understand what motivates them to act as they do.

Those guys are jealous cause they don't want us to learn and trying hard to turned us to be like them. -_- Just don't let them stop your curiosity. Move forward, don't care. ^_^

I experienced the same with upvotes sometimes.
I was glad the downvotes made me realize I posted a mistake and so I was able to correct it.
