i just suggest both.
App for challenges and offline courses.
Web for posting codes and discussions.
but when we use web by PC we could code in our own softwares like code::blocks,netbeans,eclipse,etc so that we could face the real time compiling errors and its building processes.
App is very cozy and comfortable with 👍👍(two thumbs)
and web in pc is faster with 🖐🖐(10fingers)
i prefer go for challenges in APP and learning in WEB using pc
