SoloLearn's a great place to learn! Well will it suffice for the outside world?! Being specific on python here:D... *Just a thought! No offence :)

Well I've read several posts here saying that the courses here are good enough and some persons have even admired that the things taught here are way too similar to their courses! And from what I believe, this place is a hub of the commonly used Third-Generation Programming Languages (3GL) [Exception : SQL which is a 4GL]. I think that SoloLearn is a great place to start. Once you complete the courses that interest you and start playing around with the code (having a good pet project that starts out small but can evolve into something bigger would be ideal) you'll be lead to using other resources (for example you'll google questions and keep ending up on StackOverflow...). That would probably be a good time to pick up a good book, if you are serious about learning Python, I'm sure some other user will be able to recommend you a good one. Good luck and happy coding!
