Is there a ruby template for making a new programming language?

i really want to have a new language because its hard to me to understand a new one ... i only know about c# , python, ruby, php

That's not easy, I'm making one in c++ and it's very hard. My compiler reads the code from a text file and translate it to c++ code, then makes the program
