Can i use swift language on window or linux pc instead of mac?

Since apple made swift open source. Now swift is available for linux and You can expect swift for Windows.

Currently you can use IBM sandbox from browser to test swift language

In sololearn there is only swift course.
there is no support for making code challenges etc.
