I think that in challenges if you get a question wrong it shows you the right awnser just so that you know what you did wrong or help you understand how the question/awnser works

You can see the right answer in finished challenges. Find it (in your history/challenges feed) if your (challenged by you) opponent finished it too, or see it right after you answered all of the question when you was challenged and see there at the bottom of the screen (some scrolling down needed probably) showing a result/score "View correct answers". There you go...
