This is my the most important question so could you look and help me ?

Question

for example I want to make a flappy bird game with javascript for mobile phone and it will save my best score

I wrote game (Thanks to MAZ, Calvin, Legacy, Valentin Hacker, Burey, ...)
2-I can translate it to apk with PG BUİLD APP("thanks to MAZ")
3-But I couldn't make a database for save to best score

Now I want to I way to make this. Should I learn PHP ? or Should I learn nodeJs or Is there other framework or Is it impossible?
But this is only example . Because I want to make a 2D rpg game

You can create Rest API from Php/Mysql or NodeJs/Nosql. Or you can use Firebase.

But I didn't understand that I am setting mysql to make that but When I open that on other device , Won't Mysql be necessary ?
