Only know how to program in console.

Question

I'm starting to question whether programming is for me. I've only been programming for about a week and a half, and I only know how to program in the c# console application on visual studio. I tried to make a wpf app real quick, but I don't know how to do a lot of the things in that. I want to make my own video game in Unity, but it's so difficult. I thought I knew what classes and instances and stuff like that were but wow I sure don't. I don't even know how to let the player move.

follow some unity tutorials. Youtube has many.

i feel same! game dev requires more but small projects may help us understand smth how it works the whole

Do not worry, work hard. Programming is a proffesion you know. Practice a lot with small projects. Use winform s or wpf. It is more visual than console. Look youtube tutorial get a idea how to do something. You will manage.
