Why high level coders follow the beginners who are at basic level (like level 1,2) ?

I do not look at their achievements or other things.
If I like the person I follow him/her.

I do not mind following someone with a low level, but I don't follow people just as a favour. I follow people that inspire me, whether they are of a high or low level, but yeah, that does mean I don't often follow lower leveled people because they often got less experience. But the people he is talking about are just following people to get followers themselves and that's a totally different thing
