use text editor notepad++ for writing code then launch PowerShell in windows -> using cmd -> PowerShell
then navigate to directory where the your code file is present
it will look like E:\xyz\fired>
then call python \nameofyourscript.py
it will look:>

E:\xyz\fired> python nameofyourscript.py
