Please help. How to get my motivation to learn programming language. I have mastered html and css but feeling lazy always mastered me so i can not get more knowledge. I am a 16 year old student. I really want to be a programmer.

hmm, looks a problem which many are facing.
dun worry much. you know html and css right?
start building websites.. now big issue will be for what you will make website, where is the content , etc...

now for this, see websites of khanacademy.org, w3schools.com, apple, microsoft, ...

start seeing all big big websites.. see if you are getting motivation in designing such professional and high standard websites.. ??

try to make few , copy the contents (images, texts, font style etc..lol) just for practicing. educational purpose only..

see if you are capable of making these.. because ultimate target of html and css is web designing.. see website of hololens.. see professional websites.. educational websites.. try to make something.. once you start you will get some motivation.

You might get down in middle, but thats quite normal.. to get back on track. use pen paper.. like keep record of things you have done and things you want to do and things you need to learn/improve..

once you gain enough practice..make your Visiting Card..
start giving those to shopkeepers and ask if they want to put up a website for their business. a simple website of projecting their products online.. charge them nominal money.. like 100 rs per web page.
then you will get more motivation.. keep some templates ready to show Your web customers..

finally make a website where you can show people that what types of websites you can make..

grow , expand, fail, succeed, experience troubles, victory.. but once you start donot give up..
