Don't you think that developer and programmers both are good from heart...if the person is not good from heart he can never be a developer or programmer.
And I think many of them must be shy in nature too....although i m....lol

Not necessarily. The heart will just take programming in a different direction--good or bad. But your right in that that's an important aspect. A programmer's core will help him achieve his or her goals and will determine his/her future.

It doesn't matter about how good you are from heart. Most professional hackers are programmers. Also that was sterotypical but no, being a programmer does not make one shy.

no...i m not telling that being a programmer make any one shy..but i want to say that most programmers are shy in nature from begning ...as far as i have seen like i m...and i know 3-4 more...
