Should I use index cards to learn?

I like to read through paper so should I write the code and example on the index card?

currently learning :

- HTML

-CSS (I am lost or because I don't have fully understanding know HTML?)

Index cards or a small notebook to keep and remind yourself of important details.
I use a notebook and write code in it and its use to strengthen my learning.

You should write your code and run instead of writing them in an index card. That is the fastest way to learn.. I hope this helps😊

And I recommend that you should finish the HTML course here in SoloLearn so you can start the CSS course too, and eventually you will understand CSS😊
