Why internet comnection is required while coding?

Because the compilers are on the Sololearn servers and you need internet to connect to them to code.

Because a PC uses more data than on mobile. even in mobile you require consistent stable connection while coding as the app sends all the data inputs to its server for compiler checks and all.
