I've gathered the current available tools (for native only not hybrid), as per the following:

1)- The standard way to develop native Android using Java, C++, or Kotlin with Android studio.

2)- The standard way to develop native iOS using Objective-C or Swift with XCode IDE.

3)- Xamarin (by Microsoft) using C# with Visual Studio or Xamarin Studio to develop native Android & iOS applications.

4)- NativeScript (by Telerik, open source) using Angular2, TypeScript, or JavaScript to develop native Android & iOS applications.

5)- React Native (by Facebook, open source) using JavaScript, and React to develop native Android & iOS applications.

6)- Titaninm (by AxWay) using JavaScript with Appcelerator IDE to develop native Android & iOS applications.

7)- fuse (by Fuse, open source) using JavaScript with Fuse Studio to develop native Android & iOS applications.
