The course here is pretty good. Anything I send will probably be unhelpful. But here goes anyway.

I did the course here completely and mainly rely on reference sites such as:

http://en.cppreference.com/w/
http://www.cplusplus.com/
and www.google.com when I have a specific question to ask.

There are also other courses available to you online. A google search should yield results. 😊
