Is there a bug in app?

Seriously I'm pissed because it happened more than twice with me, I don't know if anyone else noticed.
I've given correct answers in challenge, it shower correct as well, but at time of challenge completing it showed that my answer is wrong.

how come?
can anyone explain?

connection issues:
the answer validation happens on your phone but fails to happen on the server, resulting in a timeout.
Ar the end that timeot shows up as a wrong answer.
