Think of things in life like this: I was unable to lift up this heavy object, so I started working out. As I worked out, I became stronger, and I was able to easily life the heavy object without a second thought.

Most things in life follow the same principal. Things can be difficult/confusing at first because it's something new that you don't already know. As you practice and read upon it further, it's inevitable that you'll become better at it, and the better you become, the easier it becomes until it's second nature to you.

Don't give up on it. Just keep pushing yourself forward.
