I got C++ certificate and wanna know if this is enough to begin android programming by c++ ? And how to begin it?

According to me, courses on Sololearn teach you basics.
I'm not sure you understand all in pointers, ploymorphism...
However to understand better all these points, you have to code.
Try to code what you want to do, then if you face a difficulty, try to understand and learn 😀

yes , I think I've forgotten every thing as soon as I 've finished :') , so I started to take a new tutorial but the point is what do I have to learn before starting android by C++ ? and how to start it, does Android studio supports C++ ?

I always do like this :
I code on computer, on Code::Block then I compile on Android. You should try to code what you want to code. If it's a big project, you'll quick see what you don't know enough... DO NOT stop, look for informations on the Internet, ask in forums... test your codes...
And you'll be an incredible coder 😋
