Why cant i get a free version of C# visualstudio or visualsudio express?? ;(

Im frustrated at not being able to get a free platform to start coding in C#. It eithers asks to buy it or fools u its free and turns out to be a 30day trial version. Plllls help me somebody before i lose my mind

Visual Studio 2017 Community is 100% free forever. You can develop apps in C#, C, C++ Python, Javascript etc. with it.
