[SOLVED] Sololearn app is not connecting to internet

I'm having connection issues the app is not connecting to Sololearn servers. But I can access their website (this was written on web). I checked learn html app, even that has connection issues. I uninstalled and reinstalled still not working. Is anyone else experiencing similar connection issues with the app :( do tell.

Yes, just checked the QA and some others to have the issues. I assumed it was just me or my ISP blocking Sololearn app network for some reason. The Sololearn web is a clucky place to use on mobile (with the filling of captcha and all). I too mailed them about this issue a while ago.

It happens frequently, but I think it can be done more efficiently

@Vengat yes you are correct i have come across this type of issue more than 10 times where i load 2 websites simultaneously faster than sololearn notifications. its slow compared to anything else in the world the app connection. there were some 5- 10 posts about this before

Clear the cache of solo learn in apps in settings! ☺️

yeah same thing. but I thought that is only me. I uninstall it and then download a new one but I was the same. and then I checked the sololearn website and it works after that I realize that something wrong with the app. and after short time it works fine. thank u sololearn for fixing that so quickly.
